vllm-helper upgrade

Update vllm-helper itself from a published release

Replace this binary with the newest build on its channel.

stable is the tagged releases. dev is rebuilt from main on every commit, so it carries unreleased work -- useful for trying a fix before it ships. A channel given here is remembered for next time.

Usage

vllm-helper upgrade [flags]

release channel: stable or dev (default: remembered, else stable)

report what's available without installing it
